Madison & Steven : San Dimas Engagement Session
Madison & Steven
San Dimas Engagement Session
Yesterday I met up with Madison and Steven for their San Dimas Engagement Session and I had so much fun! We were laughing the entire time which makes for a really fun shoot. We started off at their house and headed to the nearby Bonelli Park. If you have never been there before, the park is HUGE! We only touched a small portion and there are a lot of options for places to take photos.
We started out right next to a parking lot. Yes, thats right… this beautiful field of wild mustard was next the the parking. You would never know if I hadn’t told you!
I love shooting in trees like this and as soon as I saw it I had to shoot under it. There is something about the hanging leaves and the texture that I love. Its so soft and pretty and in the winter when everything is brown, these peppercorn trees make it look like spring. This is one reason I love southern California! There aren’t many places that are this pretty at the beginning of January.
Finally we took a small hike up the hill to get some rolling green goodness! As we were loosing the sun, the lighting was changing but I love the dramatic-ness of this location!
Needless to say, I can not wait for their wedding at Middleranch Lodge in June. If you know Madison and Steven leave them a message below.
