Something Sweet – It’s a treat

Happy Thursday! I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday with lots of turkey and pumpkin pie 🙂
We were happy to spend time with family… Nick’s family to be accurate… in the chilly Wisconsin weather.

I now know why we never visit in the winter. Can you say C-O-L-D??!?!

I much prefer California’s “Pineapple Express” and its warm rain to the midwest’s negative windchill. Here we are now, back in California
and oh so happy to have spent the time with the ones we love. Maybe next time they can come visit us instead.

As soon as we got home there was a package waiting. I love surprises! On the side of the box there it was in GIANT letters:

“FROZEN TREATS INSIDE”

Woo hoo! I was doing the happy dance. My dear friends Ashley and Jeremy sure knew how to make a girl happy.

Final thoughts? They are all equally delicious! Get out there and try one yourself.
